Each shirt is printed to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory, so production and shipping typically take 5–10 business days. Because of the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process, slight variations in print placement, tone, or softness can occur — each piece is finished individually and will wear in naturally over time.
This is a soft, inked-in print by design, not a heavy or glossy application. It’s built to feel broken-in from the start and continue to fade and soften with use. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns for normal wear, preference changes, or selecting the wrong size.
