Each Field Notes pad is printed and finished to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory, so production and shipping may take up to 2–4 weeks. Because each pad is produced individually, minor variations can occur in print placement, consistency, or page-to-page detail — including occasional light or missing marks. These aren’t built to sit on a shelf — they’re built to be used.
If your pad arrives damaged or with a significant defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns for normal wear or preference changes.
