Each hat is embroidered and finished to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. Because every piece is produced individually, production and shipping typically take 2–4 weeks. Minor variations in embroidery placement or stitching can occur as part of the small-batch production process. These differences are normal and part of how each hat is finished. If your hat arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because each item is produced to order, we can’t accept returns for normal wear, preference changes, or selecting the wrong color.
