Each case is printed and assembled to order for your specific phone model rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf, so production and shipping typically take 2–4 weeks. Our Tough Cases are built with a durable dual-layer design that protects without feeling bulky and remain compatible with standard wireless (inductive) charging. Charging performance may vary depending on your device, charger, and alignment on the charging pad. If your case arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because each case is made to order for a specific phone model, we can’t accept returns for selecting the wrong model.
Medical Device Notice
