Each Field Notes pad is printed and finished to order rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. Most Field Notes ship in 5-7 business days. Because each pad is produced individually, minor variations can occur in print placement, consistency, or page-to-page detail — including occasional light or missing marks. These aren’t built to sit on a shelf — they’re built to be used.
If your pad arrives damaged or with a significant defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns for normal wear or preference changes.
